I have been using this pharmacy for a long time no issues really before today. I went to pick up a new asthma medication and asked for help on administration of the drug since I had not deal with this medication. The tech called the pharmacy who was not very keen to come and explain the usage and the medication. He said if I knew how to use YouTube I can see the videos. It just so happen than even the medication has a label with counsel need due to this being a new medication. So basically the professional was directing me to YouTube instead of him explaining it to me. I understand I can use YouTube but I also understand that the pharmacist is there to assist clients. So not very useful may be instead of referring patients/clients to YouTube you should take the time and explain the usage and medication.

The pharmacist that works here has to be the most KINDEST pharmacist I’ve ever met. Has never judged me and has amazing emotional intelligence. Keep it up!

CVS at Target is the best! Always helpful and quick responding. I am a former Walgreens pharmacy customer. So glad I switched! 😊

Closing early and refusing to serve people who arrive before your posted closing time is poor customer service. EDIT: Changed this to 3 stars. When I returned the next day, staff was super helpful.. But closing early actually hurts your customers when your actions keep them from necessary medications.

Staff was unsure when my prescription would be ready . Gave me two different times and indicated a delay. AND fyi if you wish to purchase vitamins and pay at their counter, with your HSA, you can’t.

The pharmacist was nice and helpful with my problems with meds. The only issue I have is why can't we just talk to a person when we call. My mom needed her meds in the morning and I had to call because I wanted to make sure it's there and leave a message like what really.. Answer your customers

My father takes a lot of medications and often changes doctors or prescriptions have no more refills. The staff here always help with refilling issues. I really appreciate their patience and help.

I made an appointment for a flu shot because I normally work the same hours the pharmacy is open. I go in and one guy is working by himself and after 10 minutes of waiting in line, he says it’ll be a wait because there’s a walk in flu shot ahead of me. I made an appointment because of my time crunch and he couldn’t tell me how long the wait would be. Another 10 minutes? 45 minutes? If they don’t have the staff to run a small CVS in here then they should’ve stayed closed and I could’ve made an appointment anywhere else. And the walk in flu shot should’ve been the one waiting since I made an appointment.
